Devoted to Family Law and Criminal Defense Throughout the Houston Area
Blair Renee Parker
Blair was born and raised in Missouri City, Texas and currently lives there to this day. After high school, she attended the University of Nebraska – Lincoln, where she became a very accomplished and decorated musician – specifically with her vocals and saxophone. She graduated from UNL with a Bachelor’s in Music Performance. She then worked for the Texas Attorney General’s Office’s child support division for a year before attending law school at South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas.
During her time at South Texas, Blair was very active in mock trials, moot court and litigation courses where she gained invaluable trial experience, eventually leading to an internship with the Harris County District Attorney’s Office where that experience grew.
Throughout her career, Blair has tried many cases which led to both jury and bench trials including winning custody battles, winning her clients disproportionate shares of their marital estates and obtaining not guilty verdicts. During her time at the Harris County District Attorney’s Office, she also worked extensively in the areas of law ranging from family criminal law all the way to capital crimes. It is this experience that she brings to Scott M. Brown & Associates. Blair is passionate about the law and her clients, and revels in being present in a courtroom. She strives to provide her clients with the highest quality of representation in all the areas of law in which she practices, including family law, criminal law, civil litigation and probate law.
When it comes to clients who have suffered through the trials and tribulations of their personal lives, Blair fights for her clients so that they can focus on the more important aspects of their lives. Blair always maintains an open and honest relationship with her clients so that they have the utmost understanding of their legal realities and can make the most informed decisions regarding some of the most important events in their lives.
In her free time Blair enjoys volleyball, fishing, golf and is a huge Texans fan.

“I’m so glad I hired Blair Parker of Scott M. Brown & Associates as my attorney. I thank her so much for representing me. She made my terrifying experience so simple and stress free by taking away my panic and fear of losing my case. She’s confident in her work and knows how to do her job. If anybody I know ever needs an attorney she would be the first one I would recommend. I thank her for everything she did for me and being so understanding and flexible. Thank you so much Blair!!

Blair Parker helped me with my divorce in 2014; it was a standard divorce and one that involved children. Blair is very knowledgeable when it comes to divorce law. She is easy to understand and provides straightforward explanations of the law and the divorce process. Blair listened to my needs from the very beginning and she never wavered from what I felt was important to my divorce. She is a competent professional who always had me and my children’s best interest in mind. However, she was experienced enough to tell me when I needed to be practical within my decree. Blair kept the divorce process going. She never missed a scheduled meeting and she was always willing to take my calls and emails. She is realistic, rational when I couldn’t be, and her calmness during difficult situations helped keep the process on track.
Blair is a solid lawyer who provides great customer service even after a divorce. I have contacted Blair over several issues that have come up since my divorce; she has always responded to me and does so in a timely manner.
Divorce is not easy. However, I would recommend Blair Parker to my family and closest friends because she keeps the process as smooth as possible. Blair is professional, sensible and understanding.
I dealt with Blair Parker from the Pearland Office who helped me negotiate through a very difficult time with an ugly divorce. She was a tremendous asset to me and I cannot recommend her highly enough.
Blair was excellent at meeting all my needs and answering all my questions as far as my divorce. She took the time to explain not only my options but the entire divorce process. She set very clear expectations so there were no obstacles that we were not able to overcome. She is very patient knowledgeable and very professional. I appreciate Blair not only as my lawyer but as a person. Keep up the excellent work!!
Blair Parker and the Scott M. Brown team have been wonderful to work with during my divorce. Blair explains everything to me in clear, concise terms that I can understand and she walks me through each step so that I have comfort in knowing what to expect next. She’s taken the fear and doubt out of the divorce process and she makes me feel like I have someone truly watching out for my best interest. That’s what great attorneys do!
