Sandy S. Mercer
Sandy S. Mercer has practiced law in Texas since she was licensed in 2002. Ms. Mercer received her undergraduate degree from the University of Houston – Downtown, and her law degree from the University of Houston Law Center at the University of Houston – Main Campus. She has represented families, mothers, fathers, and children across the State of Texas in a variety of law: divorce & custody, family, CPS, juvenile, criminal, probate, civil, and appellate matters. She has dedicated her career to the well-being of families and as such has been a licensed mediator since 2007. Sandy specializes in litigation. She is experienced in divorce litigation of multimillion-dollar estates and corporations involving the division of assets. For over 21 years, she has managed Mercer Trial Law; a law practice specializing in family, business, and civil litigation. Sandy maintains excellence in trial advocacy involving acting as lead counsel in jury and bench trials to verdict. Even though Sandy Mercer has represented her clients zealously in legal matters covering a wide range of legal disciplines, she found her passion in family, criminal, and probate law.
